Happy New Year to all our Customers, Interpreters and Clients. We hope that 2019 brings all you wish for. The start of a new year allows us to reflect and 2018 was a very busy year for our Charity. A number of our valued Interpreters had difficult times in 2018 with illness and bereavements and it is at times like this we must take stock and be thankful.
From a business perspective we successfully gained a number of contracts, in addition to adapting to working in the world of frameworks, as more and more clients are using them to provide a more cost effective procurement tool. We continued to support our customers with training and guidance on how to work effectively with Interpreters and we are looking forward to continuing this work in 2019.
April this year will see the start of the new intake of bilingual people who wish to train to become professional Interpreters. If you are interested in this formal qualification then please get in touch as we are doing language tests right now.
