Bookings by Telephone
- Need the clients name
- Need Language (not place of Birth)
- Need full invoice address or order number
- If you need confirmation please use fax system
- As much notice for appointments is appreciated
- Appointments for next day bookings must be before 4.00pm or we may not be able to guarantee an interpreter.
- If an appointments to be cancelled within 24 hours you will still be charged for one hour plus half of unused time if it was booked for longer than 1 hour.
Bookings by Fax
- Make sure all information is clearly written.
- Please use appropriate forms as required by your company.
- All faxes received after 4.30pm will be dealt with on the next working day.
- Please ensure all faxes are readable.
- If you only put one appointment on each fax, it will be returned to you a lot sooner.

Monitoring
We have systems in place to ensure that we constantly monitor the service. We have a dedicated team of staff looking at quality.
Interpreters maintain a code of conduct and sign a confidentiality agreement. Every Interpreter is assessed for their skills and abilities.
