I wish to give my support and say thanks to Everyday Language Solutions (ELS) for providing a great interpreting and translating services to the Black & Minority Ethnic (BME) communities.

I am working closely with the BME communities for five years. Since then, I have built a good working partnership with ELS.

ELS has provided sufficient and excellent services for the BME communities especially the interpretation service.

Last year, we had commissioned ELS to translate and print a leaflet titled ‘use your local health services more efficiently’. The staff had a great knowledge of their services and BME issues, particularly the knowledge of different languages in Stockton. Without your support, the leaflets would not be produced.

In the past 5 years, I have heard a lot of positive feedback from the BME clients appreciated the great services provided by the interpreters of ELS.

Arrival General Practice

The Arrival practice has been working with Everyday Language Solutions for about 5 years. The company is our main supplier of Interpreters for patients’ consultations with doctors and nurses. As we are a specialist practice for asylum seekers and refugees we require interpreters every day and often several times each day.

Every day Language Solutions meet most of our interpreting needs and offer a reliable and efficient service. The Interpreters they provide to us are both competent and professional and we have been pleased that the company has worked with us to develop this excellent service.
